The app runs on a wide range of Android and iOS hardware. Check the requirements below before downloading to make sure your device is ready.

Android Version	Android 8.0 or higher required. Devices running Android 10 and above get the smoothest live-stream performance.
iOS Version	iOS 13.0 or higher required. iPhone SE (2nd gen) and later, and iPad running iPadOS 13, are all supported.
RAM	Minimum 2 GB RAM. For live dealer tables with HD streams, 3 GB or more delivers noticeably steadier video.
Storage Space	30 MB for the app itself. Keep at least 100 MB free overall so cached lobby data and stream buffers work without interruption.
Supported Regions	The app is available to download and use where local law permits. Access in India depends on applicable local regulations in your state.

End-to-End Encrypted Sessions

All communication between the app and our servers runs over TLS 1.3. This covers your login, deposit request, betslip submission, and live-stream auth tokens.

Account Recovery Process

If you lose access to your device, submit an account-recovery request via email. We verify identity through the registered phone number and documents before restoring access — no shortcuts that could be exploited.

Biometric Binding

Your biometric data never leaves your device. The app uses the Android BiometricPrompt or iOS LocalAuthentication framework — our servers only receive a signed token, not your fingerprint or face data.

Login Speed

The app opens to your last screen with biometric auth in under two seconds. The mobile browser requires you to navigate to the site, wait for the page to load, and type credentials each visit.

Push Notifications

Only the app can send you a push alert when your withdrawal clears or a live event starts. The browser cannot send notifications unless you have it open and the tab active.

Stream Quality

The app uses a dedicated stream player optimised for mobile bandwidth. Browser-based HLS streams are more susceptible to buffering when your connection dips briefly.

Quick Deposit Flow

Depositing via UPI or PhonePe from the app launches your payment app directly through a deep link. Browser deposits add an extra redirect step that occasionally breaks on older Android WebViews.

Offline Lobby Cache
